Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. RETURNS

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items or recieve the wrong parcel/order, please contact us at zarikler.info@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

 

SCRUNCHIE EXCHANGES

We do not currently conduct exchanges for online scrunchie orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at zarikler.info@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

 

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at zarikler.info@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

 
 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Zarikler are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Deliver Company
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery.

KARACHI ORDERS

Zarikler use to ship your order through its own delivery service  This can take anywhere between 3-5 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends). You can get the order in 1 day too if it’s urgent for the customer.

 

OTHER CITIES ORDERS

Zarikler use Delivery Company to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 4-6 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Zarikler uses Logistics Company of your choice to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location. For order email us at zarikler.info@gmail.com 

 
 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (2-3 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email/text, we will send you a shipping confirmation email/text.
