Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Return and Exchange Period
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The item you received is defective.
- The item sent to you is different from the one you ordered.

For all other reasons, including changes of mind, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, you may exchange the item. Please note:
- No refund will be provided if there is a price difference between the exchanged items.
- Customers are responsible for sending the items back to our office and covering the delivery charges associated with the exchange. Once we inspect the items, we will send out the exchanged items.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only defective items bought on sale may be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
